Students examine the life of Leonardo Da Vinci, the scientist, inventor and artist. Students use Leonardo’s notebooks as inspiration and each week take a theme and draw out an invention of their own in their Da Vinci-style notebooks. They then make a model of their own invention using new and re-purposed materials. In this class every idea is given life as we examine Leonardo’s inventions and the ones that are still used today.
